When cutting polycarbonate, it is quite tough, so we have the necessary tooling to cut the sheets down for you. We don’t traditionally use our laser cutters for this material as it gives off a singed yellow cut line.

Traditionally the sheet sizes are 1220 x 2440 but you can request larger sizes such as 2490 x 1880 or 3050 x 2050. We can cut sheets down to size upon request.
Cutting does incur cutting fees associated with the size of the cut and the thickness of the material. As polycarbonate sheet is so tough the thickness of the sheets comes in the following sizes:

- 9.5 mm
