Basically, the polycarbonate sheet is stronger than acrylic so will not break anytime soon. The polycarbonate sheet pricing is a bit different due to the strength and integrity of the sheet.
When cutting polycarbonate it is quite tough so therefore we have the necessary tooling to cut the sheets down for you. We don’t traditionally use our laser cutters for this material as it gives off a singed yellow cut line. Most of our polycarbonate cutting is through our saw or CNC Machine.

Traditionally the sheet sizes are 1220 x 2440 but you can request larger sizes such as 2490 x1880 or 3050 x 2050. We can cut sheets down to size upon request. Cutting does incur cutting fees associated with the size of the cut and the thickness of the material
As polycarbonate sheet is so tough the thickness of the sheets come in the following sizes
